Having had two grandmothers that lived very long lives,107 and 99, I know that getting old can be challenging. It is the quality of your life as you age that is important. I choose to live as long as possible so I can continue to do new things. If my grandmothers had been given the opportunity to live longer and be healthy they would have taken that choice. My one grandmother at age 107 told me she did not want to die because there were things she still wanted to do. Aging is a disease that needs to be cured. Lobby and write your political representatives to recognize aging as a disease so that research on aging can get the funding it needs.

Muscle weakenings of the face are also great opportinities to understand how our nervous system gets weaker. It is not only capillary and lack of movement but also nervous system from the background. In face palsy this is evident but it is very very slowly taking place in everyone. slowly nerves are not holding muscles that great so they naturally drop and it is not only endocrin neither. It is not only hormones. We say hormones and all converstaions end howeever there is more to the tale of face. It is a flowery mystery.

Other thing is, fluid mechanics of head is different, cerebrospinal fluids enter the chat yes thru lymph but it is still there. Veins are thinner, it is neighor to a super active organ like brain. Face-head complex has a different fluid mechanics. It will lead you capillary loss 1st. Just like wound healing, angiogenesis comes first. later collagen what not. Opposite is also true, I think capillaries collapse 1st. This ties you to the problem of head-face fluid mechanics.

Explanation of collagen is wrong. Although we lose cells from all layers of tissues. that layer is not a correct explanation It is absolutely false.

Scare modern medicine has is superficial fat pad layers I totally get that part of argument. but without muscle formation, face will forever lose its original geometry we will later work on adipose seperately but muscle layer is essential first and foremost please understand modern medicine is far from having face understood yet

Think about it, loss happens from every bit of tissue and muscles hold structures in position. Nothing will ever hold face in position better than the muscle layer. We can never ever ever bring face back, if we do not work on all inner structures ıt amazes me modern medicine totally ignore muscle layer which is the most dynamic part of face tissue, metabolizm wise

Once muscles totality of them, full force hold forehead and eye area in position skin will not fold and cause lines anyway with my method you do not only prevent wrinkles but you also bring back that vibrant expresssion loss happens waaaay before wrinkles even come into play

So once muscle formation is completed from inside it will hold forehead , eye area cheeks chin even lips in position. Botox is needed becasue individual do not yet understand how to bring back totality of muscles even facial yoga teachers do no totally reach that yet they also ignore adipose. Of course muscle alone wont do.

Botox needed because as humanity we still do not understand how to manage facial changes. face begins to change from the most active parts of it like capillaries, nerves and muscles. We have a direct say on muscles but not like that. Once muscle structre weakens and it will no matter which skin care done because stimulation of muscle is movement in essence. Once that structre weakens the entire expression of face will change long before wrinkle formation. If you look at face from inside this is not hard to see. but a man may not be able to see because only a female who reverses that can see this because it is so very subtle!

I was misinformed about my lip filler as well. I was convinced that they needed to be touched up more frequently and now they have migrated but I’m afraid to get them dissolved. I read lip filler lasts way longer than originally anyone thought up to 2 years. I got touch ups every 6 months for 2 years. and I’m realizing it wasn’t necessary.

Better to get your omega-3s from food and not (potentially rancid) fish oils. I've recently started eating sardines, (in water- not seed oil) a few times a week. In my local grocery store, you can get 10 cans for $10. There's about 1500 mg of EPA and DHA in a 3.5oz can. That's more than an equal weight of salmon and less likely to be contaminated by heavy metals (like the larger predator oily fish). Yes, it's more expensive ($1/ dose) than a pill, but it's better for you.
